Ways to promote and support open access publishing under your agreement

If your institution is part of our Transformative Agreement, you can easily promote it to your users and researchers. Here, we have summarised some ideas that might help you to further support open access publishing in your organisation.

1. Make sure your corresponding authors know how to publish under the Transformative Agreement

Once an article has been accepted for publication, corresponding authors will be sent a link to the eligibility checker, where they will be asked to confirm their institutional affiliation.

There are three ways that Springer Nature can recognise eligibility for coverage under a Transformative Agreement. Corresponding authors should ensure at least one of the below parameters matches our author identification check.
